Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days (pre-order items excluded). Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on third-party logistics providers.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse. Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us at info.cote.libre@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
We strive for smooth deliveries, but refunds/reshipments are not available for refused packages or incorrect addresses (please double-check at checkout).

BEYOND SELLER CONTROL (Refunds or Reshipments Are Not Available in the Following Cases)

• Unpaid Tariffs
  The parcel will be destroyed if the customs duties are not paid on time
• Customs Delays
  Delays in inspection or clearance by local customs
• Address Errors / Change of Address
  Insufficient or incorrect address details and post-order changes.
• Post-Delivery Losses
  If the shipment is marked as delivered
• Parcel Refusal
  When the recipient refuses to accept delivery of a parcel

• Please allow up to an additional 15 days for production before dispatch. Orders will ship from our warehouses in Asia or Europe.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
• Available items in your order might ship first.
