Return, Refund & Exchange policy
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse. Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us at info.cote.libre@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
RETURN/ REFUND POLICY
To help you choose with confidence, we provide detailed product descriptions, size guides, and fit notes for every style. As our pieces are designed to fit and feel differently on each body, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size selection, fit or comfort preference, style or color choice, fabric feel, or length.
We recommend reviewing all details carefully before ordering, and our team is always happy to help if you have any questions prior to purchase.
1. Sales Items: All Sale items are NOT eligible for return or refund.
2. Common non-returnable circumstances
- Change of mind after purchase
- Style, color, or design preference
- Incorrect size selection
- Fit or comfort expectations
- Fabric feel or material preference
- Length or cut preference
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Damage caused by improper care or use
- Sale / clearance items
- Delays due to customs or carrier issues
- Failure to follow sizing or care instructions
- Minor variations in color due to screen display differences
3. Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:
- Selected underwear: Briefs, Thongs,
- Hair products, including: Scrunchies, Hair Clips, Hair ties
- Headbands
- Socks
- Face coverings
- Swimwear must have hygiene stickers in place.
None of this affects your statutory rights. All items are inspected on return.
4. We’re happy to accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery, excluding the circumstances outlined in points 1, 2, and 3 above.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, and in original packaging with tags.
- You are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs duties. (Please note, we could not provide return labels at this time, and customs duties collected upon delivery will be deducted from the final refund.)
- A £1.99 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund.
- Please initiate returns using the 'Start a return' button below. Use the return address provided in our approval email. (Do not use the shipping address from your original package.)
- Please leave a note in the package with your order number and reasons for returns.
- Ship your return within 7 days of approval.
- Please email the return tracking number to info.cote.libre@gmail.com once you ship the parcel. (We are not responsible for lost returns.)
- Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed after the return parcel is marked as delivered.
